These terms are a practical starting point for the product. They should be reviewed for your business structure, sales model, and jurisdiction before public launch.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Inventory Pro (the “App”) or this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
2. License and ownership
Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store rules, NabixSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal or internal business purposes. NabixSoft and its licensors retain all rights in the App, Site, branding, design, and software not expressly granted to you.
3. Your content and backups
You retain responsibility for the inventory, contact, product, photo, financial, and other information you enter. You represent that you have the right to store and use that content. You are responsible for reviewing entries, maintaining suitable backups, protecting exported files, and verifying data before relying on it for business decisions.
Restoring a backup can replace inventory currently stored on a device. Read confirmation messages carefully and keep appropriate backup copies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the App or Site to violate law or third-party rights; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; interfere with operation; bypass security or licensing controls; or reverse engineer the App except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Third-party services
Optional features may interact with operating-system services, app stores, iCloud, Files, sharing destinations, or other providers you select. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. NabixSoft is not responsible for third-party availability, security, or handling of information after you direct it to those services.
6. Updates and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the App or Site will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version. Continued use may require an update.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Inventory Pro is a record-keeping tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NabixSoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the App or Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or restrict the license if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
