1. Set up records

Open More to create the categories, locations, suppliers, and customers your business uses.

2. Add inventory

Tap New product or use Scan / Add. Enter a name, unique SKU, category, price, unit, starting quantity, and location.

3. Track every change

Use Receive stock and Remove stock after setup so every quantity change remains visible in Transactions.

4. Protect your work

Open Reports & Export and create a full backup regularly. Protect the backup file like any other business record.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my inventory stored?

Your working inventory is stored locally on your device and stays available without internet. Backups are created only when you choose Export full backup.

How do barcode and QR tools work?

Use Scan / Add to find an existing product by barcode or QR code. If nothing matches, create a product with that code. Open a product and choose Barcode & QR labels to generate, print, or share labels.

How do I find low-stock items?

The Home dashboard shows low-stock and out-of-stock totals. Tap a total or use the stock-status filter in Items. Each product’s “Low at” value controls its alert threshold.

Why is the scanner not reading a code?

Allow camera access, clean the lens, use good lighting, and keep the whole code inside the frame. You can also enter the code manually.

How do I restore a backup?

Open Reports & Export and choose Restore backup. On supported iPhones, the App looks for the latest backup in its private iCloud storage and can also use Files. Review the confirmation carefully: restoring replaces inventory currently on the device.

What is included in a full backup?

A portable backup includes products, locations, suppliers, customers, movement history, preferences needed for the inventory, and stored product photos.
